What is TomorrowLand Winter?

TomorrowLand Winter is, as the name suggests, the winter edition of the popular Belgian run dance festival TomorrowLand. The festival focuses mostly on electronic music and attracts some of the biggest names from across the world of house, techno, drum and bass and electronica.

Held in the middle of March, TomorrowLand is one of several late season ski resort festivals vying for your festival Euro – competing with Snowboxx (Avoriaz) and Snowbombing (Mayrhofen) which are both run around the same time.

Alpe d’Huez has been home to this super buzzing festival since day one and attracts an up-for-it crowd of partygoers from across Europe and the world. While there is a main stage within the resort, there are now 8 venues across Alpe d’Huez hosting acts throughout the week of the festival.

When is TomorrowLand Winter 2027?

The 2027 edition of TomorrowLand Winter is held over one week from the 20th March until 27th March 2027. Day passes are available, so you don’t need to attend the full week. And you can also buy tickets for as multiple days, instead of the whole week, so if you want to book in for a few days you can.

Ski music festivals in Europe tend to be raucous affairs with a lot of action on the slopes and off. Many bars will get in on the action with unofficial parties and events, so even if you’re not in Alpe d’Huez for the festival, you’ll still be able to soak up the vibe.

With that being said, hotels will be booked up and it will be busy on the slopes. If you love apres ski then this is definitely one to put in your diary now…

Why Book TomorrowLand Winter?

There is a lot of choice when it comes to ski music festivals. TomorrowLand Winter offers a great line up of world class DJs as well as access to the excellent domain of Alpe d’Huez.

Set across the Alpe d’Huez Grand Domaine Ski area, often nicknamed the “Island in the Sun” thanks to its average 300 days of sunshine per year, attendees will have access to 250 kilometers of slopes and 78 ski lifts connecting Alpe d’Huez with nearby alpine villages including Oz-en-Oisans, Auris-en-Oisans, Vaujany, and Villard-Reculas.

Festival stages such as Le Signal, Folie Douce, and Chantebise will sit perched on the mountainside up to altitudes of 3,330 meters. Crucially, all mountain stages remain accessible on foot via pedestrian lifts, allowing non-skiers and snowboarders to fully take part in the festivities.

Beyond music and skiing, the week features high-altitude culinary experiences, paragliding, snowshoeing, and regional mountain excursions.
